Terms of Service: Returns, Exchanges & Fulfillment Policy
My Jesus 2
1. Print-On-Demand Fulfillment Model
All merchandise sold by My Jesus 2 is fulfilled using a print-on-demand (POD) production process. Each item is made specifically for you once an order is placed. Due to the custom-made nature of these products, our return and exchange policy differs from traditional retail.
By placing an order, you agree to the fulfillment, return, and refund policies outlined below.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
As all items are made to order, My Jesus 2 does not accept returns or exchanges in the following circumstances:
Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Incorrect size, color, or variant selected by the customer during checkout.

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after placing the order.

Product is received as ordered, but the customer wants a different version.

Orders returned due to invalid, incomplete, or incorrect shipping address. (In these cases, only the product cost will be refunded. Shipping is non-refundable. Reprints are available at an additional cost.)
3. Accepted Claims for Replacement or Refund
My Jesus 2 will issue a free reprint or full refund in the following valid situations:
Eligible Scenarios:

The item is received damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

The customer receives an incorrect item, size, color, or design.

The item is lost or damaged during shipping.
4. How to File a Claim
To request a refund or replacement, please follow these steps:

Submit your claim within:

30 days of product delivery for U.S. orders

45 days of product delivery for international orders

Contact My Jesus 2 via our support form or by email.

Include the following information:

Your order number
-
A description of the issue

Clear photo or video proof of the problem

There is no need to return damaged or incorrect items.
We may ask for additional documentation if the initial evidence is unclear or incomplete.
5. Refund Methods
Refunds will be processed as follows:

By default, refunds are issued to your My Jesus 2 account balance (if applicable).

Upon request, refunds can be returned to your original payment method.

For transactions made in currencies other than USD, refunds are sent directly to the original payment source (e.g., credit card or PayPal).
6. Important Notes & Limitations

Refunds and reprints will not be issued for low-resolution, poorly formatted, or improperly sized artwork submitted by the customer.

Slight variations in print placement (under 1 inch) are considered normal and are not grounds for a refund or reprint.

My Jesus 2 is not responsible for errors (e.g., typos, misalignment) in designs uploaded by customers that do not meet artwork guidelines.
7. Right to Refuse Refunds or Reprints
My Jesus 2 reserves the right to deny any refund or reprint request if:

The issue is due to customer error or misuse.

The claim is determined to be false, exaggerated, or fraudulent.

The uploaded artwork violates our technical requirements or content policies.
